Erie Bird Observatory (EBO) believes that anyone can be a "birder" - as long as you are curious about the birds around you! EBO fosters that enthusiasm for birdwatching through research, conservation, and education. Offering free programs that are open to the public, including bird walks at Presque Isle State Park and throughout Erie County, as well as the Bird Banding Station that offers an exciting firsthand experience into songbird monitoring and real-time research! With the incredible bird diversity in Erie, also offering private, guided birding tours throughout the county to find the species you've always wanted to see. | The entrance into the TREC building where the EBO office and events are held is wheelchair accessible. Some of the bird walks and outdoor events may not be wheelchair accessible due to the uneven nature of some dirt pathways and trails.
